The program, which runs concurrent with the local academic school year, provides for the structured teaching and development of young people from adolescence into manhood and woman hood in five distinct areas: Spiritual Growth, Social Skills, Physical Abilities, Academic Skills, and Emotional Maturity. Learners are paired with adult Guides who mentor them as they grow and develop in their Christian walk.
