2011 Church-wide Study: A Heart Ablaze
The Prayer Ministry
The Prayer Ministry prays for the service and the worshippers. They are also in prayer for the many people who call from across the nation following our television broadcast, “The Light of the World”. Prayer requests are turned in to the Prayer Team daily and those who make the requests are assured of their consistent prayers. The Prayer Team meets weekly for prayer. Members are appointed by the Senior Pastor.
The Marriage Ministry
The Marriage Ministry strives to provide married couples the opportunity to learn and grow together in a small group atmosphere through Bible Study and fellowship with other married couples. Opportunities to connect with other couples will help strengthen marriages and provide accountability. Small groups meet monthly at various times according to the schedules best for the couples involved.
The Men’s Ministry
The Men’s Ministry (Men for Christ) strives to improve leadership at home, church and community by encouraging men to fulfill the responsibilities of a loving husband, father, and spiritual leader.
Roddy E. Collins School of Ministry
The School of Ministry assists in the training, development, and equipping of each committed believer with the necessary tools to be a productive and victorious soldier in the battle for Christ. Classes are held on Monday nights from 6:00-8:00 p.m. and are divided into six-week sessions with structured curriculum.
Sunday School Ministry
12 Tribes Ministry
12 Tribes Ministry is designed to provide a liaison between the church and its members through care and compassion being extended to each member. The goal is to become one cohesive body. There are group leaders who make contact with the membership to keep them informed and to be a point of contact for the membership so that we can fulfill our mission of “Reaching People Where They Are.” Those interested in the 12 Tribe Ministry should contact the Discipleship Office at 501-663-3955, ext. 212.
Soul Care Ministry
The Soul Care Ministry provides biblically based pre-marriage, marriage and individual counseling to the St. Mark Church family that will empower those searching to become the person God created them to be-WHOLE. Those seeking counseling should contact the Discipleship Office at 501-663-3955, ext. 212 for more information.
